There is much that one could criticize about the Armando Iannucci film In the Loop. That it couldn’t be as credulous as the tools in the New Labour press is not one of them. It is a travesty the British press should allow bovine oafs like David Cox to defile their pages.
I’m just impressed he can type with his face embedded in Campbell’s arse.
This guy Cox has obviously taken the advice of Blair’s former ambassador to the US,Sir (I paid for my knighthood) Christopher Meyer’s advice and tried to get as far up the Anglo-US establishment’s arse.

Elite cyphers like Cox who peddle the idea that Blair believed in what he was doing when he attacked Iraq,helped the US install an occupation,ignited a resistance war that became a civil war that took down the state of Iraq,and set up a repressive Shia regime and has has led to the deaths of over a million people was sincere and should be absolved should like Blair,Bush and Campbell be in the dock in The Hague.
They are abetting war crimes that have destroyed peoples lives and set off a train of events likely to obliterate many more.
These so-called journalists are prostituting their profession in the same way that a previous generation of reporters and historians allowed statesmen like Wilson and Roosevelt,thoroughly in thrall to Israeli Lobby fifth-columnists like Baruch,Brandeis,Wise et al,to get away with the fact that they conspired to allow a hundreds of thousands of European Jewry to perish during WW2 simply to create the rationale for a Jewish state in Palestine to exist.
The official historians and corporate journalists who cover up and make excuses for such crimes will one day have to face their maker.
