Harman’s plan for the disintegration of Iran

Jane Harman, the US congresswoman who was caught on an FBI wiretap scheming with an Israeli agent, has not only kept her job, she now goes to AIPAC to thumb her nose at the US justice system and proposes a new war for Israel. Drawing on Ben Gurion’s old strategy for a Greater Middle East, Harman is proposing the disintegration of the Iranian state into its ethnic constituents. Here is what she told the AIPAC gathering on 3 May 2009:
The Persian population in Iran is not a majority, it is a plurality. There are many different, diverse, and disagreeing populations inside Iran and an obvious strategy, which I believe is a good strategy, is to separate those populations.
The National Iranian American Council which uncovered this gem is calling for a retraction (via MondoWeiss).
Through conquest and turmoil, the Iranian nation has survived and thrived for thousands of years, with peoples of all backgrounds and ethnicities forming a common identity. Now that President Obama has emphasized diplomacy and reduced the chances of war between the United States and Iran, Congresswoman Jane Harman (D-CA) has a new idea: rip apart the Iranian nation by dividing its peoples along ethnic lines.
We only need to look to Iraq or Darfur to see what ethnic warfare looks like. Rep. Harman’s comments cannot go unchallenged. Sign onto NIAC’s letter today and demand Rep. Harman retract her divisive and dangerous remarks.
It is interesting that the NIAC should use Darfur and Iraq in its warning. In both cases the retribalization has been part of a deliberate colonial policy. In Darfur tribal identities were administratively imposed by the British to counter the unity that had been fostered by the Mahdiyya. In Iraq, the neoconservatives had long planned to split Iraq into its constituent ethnic and sectarian elements. David Wurmser, the neoconservative architect of the Iraq war, had tapped into the history of European colonization to develop a strategy of retribalization through which Israel’s periphery could be reduced to a sea of weak and feuding tribes, unable to challenge Israel’s regional hegemony. This idea had its roots in David Ben Gurion’s infamous Periphery Doctrine which aimed to forge links with non-Arab states and minorities in the periphery in order to use them against the surrounding Arab states. The neoconservatives successfully implemented this policy in Iraq, using debaathification as a cover for purging all nationalist elements, and disbanding the army in order to reconstitute it along sectarian lines. The disbanding of the military is often potrayed as an example of the Bush administration’s “incompetence”, however the orders for this came specifically from Pentagon civilians, who rejected the military’s advice, and they seem in line with the strategy they had developed for the Israeli government in 1996.
Harman’s claim to be the daughter of a refugee from Nazi Germany should ring alarm bells in itself.
The “Holocaust”-if the real numbers justify such a term-was the product of a conspiracy between a group of crypto-Jews like Hitler,Eichmann,Goebbels and Heydrich abetted by sections of elite Jewry across Europe.
Jews most likely to have escaped Germany were those lucky enough to have benefited from Hitler’s programme for accelerated Jewish emigration to Palestine.These people were largely from the youngest,most assimilated,secular and well-off German Sephardi communities.
There was a decided aversion among the Nazi and Jewish elites for the more Orthodox Ashkenazi Jews who had come to Germany from the East after WW1.
The synonymy between the condition of being a surviving refugee from Nazi Germany and that of being a Holocaust survivor on which Harman’s invocation of victimhood rests has no basis in fact whatever.
The name Harman as we know to our cost in this country is synonymous with rank hypocrisy.It is well known in the States that Harman as well as abetting the Israeli fifth column spy network also simultaneous to co-sponsoring a Congressional resolution condemning the Armenian genocide was also conniving to ensure that Congress would vote against it.
The mass killings in Armenia in WW1 and in the East during the Nazi period were Donmeh/Sabbatean culls and Harman is now evidently promoting a new bout of ethnic blood-letting in SW Asia.
Just where is she coming from and who is she working for?
