Some people use the term “enhanced interrogation technique” as opposed to torture when referring to things like stress positions.  The clip below is from a 3 part Amnesty International sponsored film by Marc Hawker & Ishbel Whitaker, who hired a performance artist to actually endure CIA torture methods used on prisoners in places like Abu Gharib and Bagram while being filmed.  The artist, Jiva Parthipan, was in genuine agony during the 6 hour process, he did not need to perform.
