CNN International — A month after monsoons triggered catastrophic flooding throughout Pakistan, submerging an area the size of England, eight million people remain dependent on handouts for their survival, which they say are too slow coming. The U.N. says some 600,000 to 800,000 people are now joining the millions already displaced by flood waters.
